一、要力戒浮躁

暴露在试卷上的书写了草、会而不对；
作业中的敷衍了事；
思考上的浅尝辄止；
学习过程中的丢三拉四，反映出的是思想上的浮躁，心态上的浮躁。做学问，坐不下去不行，钻不进去不行。

嘈杂的教室、乱七八糟的物品摆放、地面上的废纸、墙上的脚印，给人的印象都是杂乱与无序，这种不良信号的不断输入，必然导致心态的浮躁，更可怕的就是许多同学还在以种种理由放纵自己，视怪不怪，安然自得，害人害己。

正如一位学者坦言：“做一个优秀的学者，灵活的头脑与沉重的屁股是两个不可缺少的条件”。考场要自己去上，做学问也没人代替得了。

二、享受磨难，进入境界

“磨炼”与“磨难”，差别不大，“艰苦”与“享受”的差别就是巨大的。这种巨大的差别首先是心态的差别：用心的还是消极的，进取的还是保守的。人的生物性中本来就有太多的享受安逸的成份，能把磨难看成享受的`人，无疑才能进入做人的另一个境界。

郑板桥一生画竹，晚年也有四句诗：“四十年间画竹枝，昼间画来夜间思，削尽冗繁留青色，画到生时是熟时”。想想郑板桥能入得“昼间画来夜间思”的境界，该是多难得的自控潜质。他进入了境界。

至于“画到生时就是熟时”，则是进入了更高的境界，那就是成功的境界，超凡的境界。他不苦么，细品诗句，不难发现，所谓“甘苦寸心知”，只但是，看竹、想竹、画竹、悟竹成为一大乐事，一大享受罢了。做到享受磨难，容易么？看来也难也不难。关键有两点：一就是非凡的信念，二就是非凡的自控潜质。
